Sports Volunteers Association<\/strong>\u00a0is a non-governmental organization operating in the fields of sports and youth. Founded in Istanbul in 2016, our association\u2019s founder is the legendary swimmer, Nejat Nakka\u015f, known as \u201cFather Nakka\u015f.\u201d Since Nejat Nakka\u015f\u2019s passing, Ahmet Nakka\u015f has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

The Sports Volunteers Association is a volunteer-based platform that brings together academics, businesspeople, and anyone who has a passion for sports.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Who Are We?<\/h4><\/div>

TRSGD consists of sports volunteers who have come together with the aim of contributing to the popularization of sports culture in Turkey. It is the country\u2019s research and development sports platform.<\/p>\n

It emphasizes the unifying power of sports and its contribution to public health through an active lifestyle. Its goal is to highlight that sports are accessible to everyone and to promote the awareness that every individual has the right to engage in sports.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our Mission<\/h4><\/div>

Spor G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcleri Derne\u011fi, especially targets children and young people with numerous projects and activities. Among these projects, the EU-funded LUDUS and ESVOL Projects stand out. Within the scope of these projects, hundreds of children have been introduced to sports, young people have been encouraged in sports, and a common ground has been developed by reaching out to many educators.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The goal of the Sports Volunteers Association is to create a sports culture in Turkey, promote sports participation among children and young people, and raise social awareness through the implementation of social responsibility projects, ultimately ensuring that sports is embraced by all segments of society.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
