LUDUS is a project aimed at creating and developing a model for a preschool physical activity, sports, and play program. The goal is to increase awareness among parents, preschool teachers, and sports educators using physical activity cards. These cards, designed to help children transition from a sedentary lifestyle to becoming more active individuals, include series of games that children can enjoy.
