The overarching goal of the ESVOL project is to develop and implement a “Volunteer-Based Social Leadership and Social Innovation Program in Sports” and to disseminate it across partner countries and Europe.<\/p>\n

Specific objectives of the ESVOL project include:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Promoting social leadership and social innovation training for sports volunteers that will lead to the creation of new ideas\/businesses in the social field related to sports. \u2022 Facilitating innovative learning practices in social leadership and innovation in sports by developing gamified platforms and open online courses (MOOCs) and organizing training sessions for sports volunteers.<\/p>\n

Project Output:<\/p>\n

Development of an online training course on social leadership and social innovation for sports volunteers.
