The overarching goal of the ESVOL project is to develop and implement a “Volunteer-Based Social Leadership and Social Innovation Program in Sports” and to disseminate it across partner countries and Europe.
Specific objectives of the ESVOL project include:
• Promoting social leadership and social innovation training for sports volunteers that will lead to the creation of new ideas/businesses in the social field related to sports. • Facilitating innovative learning practices in social leadership and innovation in sports by developing gamified platforms and open online courses (MOOCs) and organizing training sessions for sports volunteers.
Project Output:
Development of an online training course on social leadership and social innovation for sports volunteers. Development of a gamified platform for social leadership and social innovation in sports for volunteer leaders and sports volunteers.
